A Prayer for my daughter

Heavenly Father,

I come boldly before You this day and lift up my daughter to You. Father, I have such big hopes for her, yet I know before You laid the foundations of the world, You had plans and a future for her. Before she knew her name, You called her.

Jeremiah 29:11

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you.

I thank You, Lord, for this child, this girl, and I ask You to equip me to raise her. I bind her heart to Your throne Lord, that she would always seek Your face.

Father, I ask that You would make Yourself real to her through times of loneliness and despair, she would know You. Lord, I bind her feet to paths of righteousness for Your Name’s sake that she never wander off the path You have prepared for her.

Psalm 23:3 He restoreth my soul: He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.

Father, I ask You to prepare her heart for friendship, that through rejection, persecution and humiliation she would stand boldly for You, always appealing to You, wanting to live righteously. I loose and assign angels to her every footstep to guard her and guide her every day of her life.

Psalm 23:5

Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: Thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

For her mind, I loose and assign the spirits of compassion and mercy to her and ask that You would bless her with Your wisdom and understanding to help her make wise decisions while on this earth. I ask that You would use her life as a beacon of Your faithfulness and that she would shine the Light of Jesus Christ into dark places for such a time as this.

Exodus 31:3 And I have filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship.

Father, I ask You to give her a gift of courage and equip her through trials and tribulations of heartbreak and rebellion to overcome as Christ Jesus has overcome. I ask You to draw her with Your cords of Love at an early age that she can have salvation settled in her heart in her youth. Tell me the time, Father, as You draw her near. Let me not miss it.

Psalm 23:6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: And I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.

In Jesus Name, I come against the spirits of envy, jealousy and strife that plan to build against her life and purpose with wickedness and schemes. I loose the angels to knock down every barrier, hedge, wall, gate and border that would block her usefulness and the fulfillment of her purpose. I bind and break the power of all witchcraft manipulation that will seek to control her and I return it tenfold upon every head that dares to try. I loose the angels to burn all blueprints of hell against her life in Jesus Name!

If she is to be married, Father, I ask You to teach her to be a wife and a mother, if that is Your plan for her. I loose and assign angels to the one You have for her and employ them to burn all counterfeits who may seek to steal her purity reserved only for him.

1 Timothy 4:12 Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.

I cancel all assignments against her purity in Jesus Christ name. I ask You, Father, to bring her close friends who love You, friends who are closer than sisters through godly soul ties.

Finally, Lord, I ask You to teach her to love and accept herself as You love and accept her. It is only through this process of accepting our gift of salvation into the body of Christ that we can truly love our neighbor and be effective. I ask that You multiply her effectiveness for Your Kingdom, Your Purpose and Your Glory, forever and ever.

I ask these things in Jesus name.

Amen
